a woodland shawl
I’m working on a new project. Well, let me back up. I’m very sorry that I’ve neglected this blog. I keep saying that. It’s true. But Ravelry has me hooked. Mea maxima culpa. OK, moving on.
I’m working on a Woodland Shawl in Handmaiden Sea Silk, color “mineral,” on my size 5 knitpicks options needles. I’m into the fifth lace repeat and I am so happy with it:
I know those first two are awfully similar, but you know, the light is different in each.
So, I don’t know how long it will take me to do this but it’s clicking along nicely right now. The sea silk is luscious to knit with!
