a few new pictures
I finished the scarf for my brother-in-law. This is the one made of the Peruvian Tweed superfine alpaca yarn I talked about. This closeup shows the color pretty well:
and here it is full-length, on the bathroom floor:
This is a shot of the purple scarf I knit in close-up, just to show the color. It is so pretty in person...
And this, I cast on today -- it’s the Airy Scarf from Last Minute Knitted Gifts, in Kidsilk Night - the gray color, whatever they call it. it’s for my grandma, who is 93 and has absolutely everything she wants so is impossible to buy for:
